It’s rare that I have an empty appointment slot because my massage services were unavailable for a year – clients are lined up to see me (Thank you God.) And, even though my appointments are selling out faster than before, there are times when people make appointments but who don’t present for their appointment. In other words, I never hear from them after they make their appointment. It used to bother me a lot, but now it pales in comparison to how busy I am.
I wanted to list the names of those people who make appointments but don’t show – it’s my way of helping other massage therapists know who these people are so they don’t book them.
